Step 1: Get some rice flour and add a little amount of water to it.
The most desirable ratio is 2 (water):3 (rice flour). -
Step 2: Take a tawa (disc-shaped frying pan) and heat it.
,, Spread it evenly in a round shape. , Then add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (oil can be also replaced by ghee or butter).
Drop the oil on the surface of the crepe which has been left to settle down.
Oil then has to be dropped around the crepe to make it non-sticky. ,, Then use the spatula again to turn over the crepe. , -
Step 3: Removing the oil from the tawa which has been used previously for cooking something else is highly recommended.

Step 4: Take a cup of the rice batter (about 100ml) and spread it across the tawa.

Step 5: Let it settle for 2 to 5 seconds.

Step 6: Let it for half or full a second.Then take a flat spatula and turn over the crepe.
