Step 1: Sift the two flours into a mound on a clean work surface.
Make a small indentation in the top centre of the mound. -
Step 2: Crack the eggs into a small bowl.
Beat to combine. , Then pour in the milk and a little lukewarm water.
Finally, add the pinch of salt. , Work to form a smooth dough.
When you're satisfied with it, let it stand for 10 minutes. , Then, from one long side, roll it up into a sausage-like roll with layers inside. , When done, unroll into pasta strips. , Add the pasta.
Cook for 6 minutes until it is al dente.
