Step 1: Take the insulation and put in blender.
There should be enough to make the insulation soggy., If you desire your paper to be a different color than the color of the insulation, tempera paint can make it so., In the end, it should be a nice soupy mixture., Staple to it a screen (such as that of an old door), Add two teaspoons of liquid starch., Make the mixture even in it and let the water drain out., Press down gently.,,, -

Step 5: Take an old picture frame and remove the glass from it.

Step 9: Use a sponge to get out the extra water.
