Step 1: Get onto Kalanianaole Highway (Highway 72) on either side
If you're on the East side, follow Hwy. 72 through Waimanalo and to the intersection of Kalanianaole Highway and Kailua Road.
Turn left and merge off right onto Kamehameha Highway.
Just follow this path all the way north.
If you're on the West side, follow Hwy. 72 through Hawaii Kai and into Waikiki.
Jump onto the H-1 West and follow the directions for the West part. -
