Step 1: Make two teens.
If they are in the same household, don't make them related.
Enter the house, and if the second teen is not already there, make sure they're friends with someone in the family and invite them over. -
Step 2: Open up the cheats box by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + C and type "ageSimsCheat on" (without the apostrophes.)

Click on the option that says "Make Selectable".
If all Sims in question are already members of the household, ignore this step. , They will turn into an adult.
Repeat with the other Sim. ,, Both Sims will be teens again, but they will still be married! -
