Step 1: Cook the chicken.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
Place the chicken in the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
Turn over and cook for a further 3 minutes. -

When the chicken breasts are cooked, remove from the pan and cut into 1 centimeter (0.4 in) slices.
