Step 1: Open "Local Users and Groups Manager".
Right click on an empty area below the items and select "New Group"(or equivalent in your language),a windows will appear. ,,, In the large text field on the bottom, type your user/account name then hit "OK".(read tips below if you don't know your username) , you can now close all the open windows and try installing Smart View again. -
Step 2: In the left panel

Step 3: click on the second/bottom folder called "Groups"(or equivalent in your language)

Step 5: should now be showing all user groups.

Step 6: Enter "Authenticated users"(without quotes) in the first text field called "Group name"(or equivalent in your language).

Step 7: For the groups' description(2nd text field)

Step 8: Enter "Non localized Authenticated-users"(without quotes) or anything else is fine!

Step 9: Now click the "Add"(or equivalent in your language) button
